Remotasks (Scale AI) Verified
Remotasks (a Scale AI platform) pays for image, video, LiDAR and 3D annotation, with a free 10-day LiDAR bootcamp historically run across the Philippines. Beginner-friendly and no-degree, but pay is low ($3–15/hr by skill) and task supply is inconsistent. Paid via PayPal/bank.
Remotasks, owned by Scale AI, offers microtasks: image/video/LiDAR/3D point-cloud annotation plus text tasks (the text side is migrating to Outlier). It is one of the most PH-active platforms, with in-person LiDAR bootcamps historically held in Manila, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo and more.
Roughly $3–5/hr for beginners, $6–9/hr intermediate, and $10–15/hr for advanced LiDAR. Paid via the Remotasks wallet to PayPal or bank. Task availability is the main complaint.
Yes — it's a Scale AI platform and pays, but task availability is inconsistent and basic-task pay is low. The LiDAR track pays best.
